About the Chef

Henry Jean Loustau was the chef for the Club Med for 4 years. After coming to the USA, he opened La Petite France, a French bakery in Marietta, Georgia, making french patisseries, croissants, french bread, and more. Henry also baked bread for the best hotels and restaurants in the area, as well as well-known airlines. After 14 years of operation, Henry sold the restaurant and opened Corporate Luncheons for businesses, and School Lunch Thyme to cater to Private Schools in the Atanta area.

Have your very own private chef deliver fresh meals to your school each morning! School Lunch Thyme makes it easy – just meet with your local chef, decide on a menu for the month, and take delivery every day.

Your chef will meet with you monthly to determine the best menu to cater to your needs for the following month. Meals are made fresh each morning and delivered warm to your school cafeteria ready to be re-heated as necessary and served. Meals will be delivered up to one hour before your lunchtime to ensure maximum freshness. All meals can be adpated for food allergies or preferences.
With the latest trend in providing nutritional meals to the youth of the nation, School Lunch Thyme heartily promotes selections that favor good results for the mind and body. All of our food is freshly prepared to the highest standards. Meals are made expressly with good health in mind and include a protein (chicken, beef, turkey, or pork) coupled with a rotating variety of steamed vegetables, whole wheat bread, fresh fruit, salads, low fat yogurt, and more.
